Terry W. Bashor, the founder of Legal Search Associates, Inc., served as assistant dean of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. In addition to his administrative duties, he was responsible for the recruitment of superior law applicants from undergraduate institutions throughout the state and nation. It was during this tenure as assistant dean that he earned his Ph.D.
Dr. Bashor's transition from education to legal search consulting began with one of the nation's largest executive search firms. Now, his wealth of experience in recruiting, legal education and attorney placement is the foundation for his own company, Legal Search Associates, Inc.
